After they all finshed their lunch they all headed over to Elvis' house. Well Except for Aaliyah. She was tired from the train ride. ((I know it's godmoding but I have permittion to do so :-P )) Elvis played some tunes on the hi - fi as they all cooled down. "So, I'm very interesting in seeing what you've got me." Elvis hinted at Tacori.

Tacori smirked as she whipped out the bag that held Elvis' present. "I hope you like it." She handed it to him and bit her bottom lip. "I've got it from that store you're always talking about on Beale street."

Elvis took the baggy from Tacroi and shot James a look, "Isn't that something Jim, Tacori got me a present?" He took what was in it out and observed it. "Cool baby thanks." He reached over to Tacori and gave her a hug, "You sure know how to put a smile on my face now don'tcha?" He looked at the big buckle, all the stones nearly blinded him as the light shined off it. "It's lucky I have that Guitar cover boy, this'll tear the back of my guitar up!" He looked over at James, "Hey Tacori, you know that red head that came in witcha in Al's? I think that Jim has a thing for her."

Tacori looked over at James, "Really Jimmy? Did you get to say much to her?" She asks feeling that Elvis still had a hand on her. She would push it away but it wasn't like he had it in a danger zone. "Did you get her number?" She asked trying to ignore the thoughts in her head. She didn't feel out of place talking with a bunch of guys. She was used to it, Elvis had brought her around all of his pals. She could even name some off hand; there's Red, Joe, and Sonny. Just to name a few. Yep She was just like one of the guys. She wished it stayed that way. Lately Elvis been droping hints that he want to make their relationship something serious and that scared Tacori to death! Besides, she didn't know why, she didn't think that she was attractive. She couldn't even compare to the other girls that Elvis been with, why was he after her.

James blushed when Elvis called him out. What kind of friends did he have. He mused as he folded his arms and slouched on the couch. He mumbled something incoherant to Tacori's question. He'd not talk about his feelings. He refused and felt uncomfortable doing so.

Tacori smiled at James' blushed cheeks, he like Quinn. She could tell. She sighed heavily to herself and stood up, "Well I think it's time for me to leave and leave the boy talk to the real boys." She teased as she heads toward the front door. "Have fun!"

Tacori smiled weakly, "No, I can't stay. Even though I hang with boys I am a girl and my daddy wouldn't apreciate it very much if I spent so much time here." She playfully pushed him away, "He might think that somthing's going on." She whispers as she opened the door. "Bye El... Bye Jimmy." She raised her hand and waved half assed. "See y'all later."

After Tacori left Elvis turned his attention to James and raised an eyebrow, "So what was you doing in that there dress store Jim?" Elvis questions sitting back in his seat. He looked at the belt that Tacori had given him once more. "Who were you looking for?"

"None of your damn buisness." James said his mouth upturned on one corner as he dug in his pocket for a cigarette. "It was nothing man, nothing at all." He mumbled as he lit it up and took a long drag and looked up at Elvis.

Elvis waved his hands in the air, "Ok man! No need to snap. I was just wondering." He crossed his legs and laid his head back on the head rest. "I though it would be so much better this time around... It seems to be starting off bad."

"What did you expect it to be just that easy? You'd come back and everything would fall into place?" James sighed and shook his head. "I have a feeling things will get harder before they get any easier. I know you're scared to give her time but that's what she needs man." He rubbed the cigarette out in the ash tray in front of him and leaned back.

Elvis looked at James with a surprise look on his face, "How in the hell, did you know what I was talking about?" He questions as he sat up. He picked up a old slim cigar up off the table. "I knew things wouldn't be easy, it just... never mind." He lit up the cigar and leaned back.

"You forget old friend. I know all." James laughed whole heartedly. He decided Elvis needed to get his mind off of his female problems. "Hey man, do you wanna hear a story?" He questioned with a smirk.

Elvis chuckled, "Ok, tell me a story. 'Old friend'." Elvis sat back and awaited James' story. James story's were always interesting... To bad they weren't always true.
